The Cap and Split
Every REALTOR® at eXp is on the same split and the same cap. It does not matter if you are doing six deals a year or sixty. The structure does not change based on production. You hit the cap, you keep more of your money. (PS: It’s an 80/20 split until you cap at $16k).
Revenue Share
When you bring another REALTOR® to eXp, you earn a percentage of the company dollar from their production. Not their commission. The company's piece. It does not come out of their pocket. It comes from the portion eXp would have kept anyway.
Stock and Ownership
You earn shares of eXp World Holdings, the publicly traded parent company, when you close transactions, when you cap, and when you bring other REALTORS® to the company. You are not just working at the brokerage. You are an owner of it.
